Talking About My Passion for Chiropractic
I frequently find myself speaking to large numbers of people. I am not all that outgoing, but I have a passion for chiropractic and a passion for giving folks a chance at a healthier life. Often, I can be heard on KRMG on Sunday mornings on my hour long radio show called Living Well Live, but I also do talks in my clinic and "on the road".

Lunch and Learns
I do classes in my clinic called "Lunch and Learns" where we bring in a healthy lunch for everyone and I spend a bit of time encouraging my patients to accept responsibility for their wellness. We discuss diet and exercise as well as other lifestyle choices, but what I really emphasize is chiropractic care. Who needs it? Anyone who, when they run their fingers down the center of their backs and feel a row of bony bumps (the spinal bones)-- That's who needs it! I feel that educating my patients on ways to get well in the shortest amount of time to live well the longest life possible is one of the greatest investments of time I can make. ...Oh, and getting well faster? It's cheaper for the patient, too.
Integration of Chiropractic Care into the Cancer Hospital Model
With the encouragement of my staff and family I recently travelled to Dallas's Parker University Homecoming and spoke to a group of doctors and students about the integration of chiropractic care into the cancer hospital model. I believe that I care for more cancer patients than any other chiropractor in practice and I do it at Cancer Treatment Centers of America. I believe it is critical work and I am dedicated to informing my colleagues on just what it takes to treat folks who have cancer.
McAlester Dinner
One of the most fun speaking events to date was a trip we made down to McAlester, OK. We invited 60 or so favorite patients and their family and friends to dinner at the famous Italian restaurant, Pete's. There was a lot of laughter and some really great food to celebrate the faith these folks from McAlester have in me. They drive three hours round trip, sometimes several times a week, to be seen in my clinic and I am very appreciative.
